Driver Crashes Into Horse-Drawn-Buggy

A crash involving a horse-drawn-buggy in Logan County left two adults and one infant with injuries.

 

According to officials from the Logan County Sheriff’s Department, the crash is said to have taken place on Morgantown Road in the Old 79 Loop Area at around 9:20 AM Thursday morning.

 

Police say a man was driving southbound when he failed to spot a horse and buggy on the road. The man is said to have hit the rear of the buggy, causing the two adults and one-year-old baby inside to be thrown off.

 

The infant was treated on the scene and both adults were transported to the Med Center in Bowling Green. The driver of the automobile was unharmed.
