A physical education teacher is being accused of making inappropriate contact with a student.

 

32-year-old Courtney D. Horn was arrested by the Kentucky State Police on Thursday for charges of third-degree sodomy, third-degree rape, and first-degree sexual abuse.

 

Horn is said to have been the Health and Physical Education Instructor at Lee County Middle and High Schools. Police were notified of this on Tuesday by the superintendent.

 

She was booked into the Three Forks Regional Jail, but has bonded out since then. She is scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday.
