Riley Horn, Jr., age 55, of Inez, KY passed away April 23, 2022 at his residence. He was born January 4, 1967 in Louisa, KY to the late Riley Horn, Sr. and Frances Crum Horn.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at 1 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Terry Dalton officiating. Burial will follow at the Johnson Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5 PM to 9 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
