A man out of Mingo County was arrested this past Friday on a charge of first-degree-murder. 

27-year-old Chace Michael Prater, of Williamson, is said to have shot and killed his aunt, Teresa Harmon, at her home in March of this year.

Prater is currently being held without bond at the Southwestern Regional Jail, in Holden.
