Cindy Lou Sparks Butcher, age 64, of West Van Lear, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, April 30, 2022 at Pikeville Medical Center.

Cindy was born October 13, 1957 in Johnson County, Kentucky, daughter of the late James Nelson Sparks and Ruth Spradlin Sparks.

She is survived by three sons, Don Allen Butcher, Owensboro, Kentucky, James Butcher, West Van Lear, Kentucky and Jonathan Ray Butcher, Offutt Kentucky; one brothers, John Sparks of Paintsville, Kentucky and  and six grandchildren.
