Clista Pelfrey Salyer, age 89 of Keaton, Kentucky passed away Saturday, April 30, 2022 at her home.
Born December 26, 1932 in Johnson County, she was the daughter of the late Ray McKenzie and Beulah Lyon McKenzie.

A Graveside Service will be held 2:00pm Monday, May 2, 2022 at the M.O. McKenzie Cemetery, located at Ross Branch, Flat Gap. There will be no public viewing or funeral prior to the service. Phillip Keeton will officiate.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
