Dorothy Lee Thacker, age 83, of Upper Chloe in Pikeville, KY., passed from this life, Thursday, April 28, 2022. Dorothy was born September 17, 1938, in Pike County, KY., to the late Charles Edward “Buster” and Anna Elizabeth Justice.

In addition to both parents, Dorothy is also preceded in death by her husband, Clifton Thacker; brothers, Richard Don Justice, Charles B. Justice, and Robert “Bob” Edward Justice.

Dorothy was a loving wife, mother and friend. She will certainly be missed by all who knew and loved her.

The family will accept friends at Thacker Memorial Funeral Saturday, April 30, 2022, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM then again on Sunday, May 1, 2022, from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, also at the funeral home with services both nights beginning at 7:00 PM. Funeral services for Dorothy will Monday, May 2, 2022, at the Upper Chloe Church of God beginning at 11:00 AM. Bud Crum, Billy Compton, Danny Hess, Bill Bevins, Ralph Wallace, David Taylor and others will officiate over all services for Dorothy.
