Patsy Jo Phelps Smith, age 81 of Florence, Kentucky passed away Friday, April 29, 2022 at the St. Elizabeth Edgewood Hospital. Born June 17, 1940 in Johnson County, Kentucky to the late Kent Phelps and Edna Nichols Phelps.

  A memorial service will be held 1:00pm Friday, May 6, 2022 at the Auxier Relocation Cemetery, Auxier, Kentucky. Per her request there will be no public visitation or funeral service. Arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home
