William Edd “Bill” Bays, age 80 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at his residence. He was born June 30, 1941 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky to the late Woodrow & Molly Miller Bays.

Visitation will begin Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at 6pm at the funeral home and will continue all day Thursday, May 5, 2022

Funeral Services will be held Friday, May 6, 2022 at 11am at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Shane Powers officiating

Burial will follow at Richmond Cemetery, Prestonsburg, Kentucky
