A registered sex-offender out of Somerset was arrested in Pike County after he allegedly moved to Dorton without informing officials.
35-year-old Gregory White was indicted in Pulaski County in February on a charge of failure to comply with sex offender registry requirements. He was arrested on Tuesday after authorities discovered him to be living on Blaze Branch Road, in Dorton.
In 2013, White was convicted of using a computer to influence a 12-year-old into engaging in a sexual offense. He was given a one year sentence and a requirement was made to keep the sex-offender registry informed of his address for 20-years.
He is being held in the Pike County Detention Center on a $10,000 bond.
