A single person is now dead following a house fire in Pulaski County.

 

Officials with the Woodstock Fire Department say the blaze began Tuesday at a home on Liberty Road, off of Highway 70.

 

One person died at the scene with another being flown to a hospital for treatment at a burn unit.

 

Assisting in the fighting of this fire were Western Rockcastle Fire, rescue crews out of Somerset, members of the Eubank Fire Department, and several others.
