Two individuals were arrested in Cabell County on warrants coming from an investigation led by the Wayne County Sheriff Drug Enforcement Unit.

 

Jared Webb was charged with the delivery of a controlled substance in addition to being wanted for absconding parole.

 

Bobbie Sue Clay was charged with aiding and abetting, delivery of a controlled substance, and conspiracy to distribute heroin. She was additionally wanted for a probation violation.

 

The drug investigation is said to have taken place in the Fort Gay area.
