Ralph Eddie Elkins age 81 of Pikeville, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at his home.

He was Vice-President of Coal Lab Inc., a Master Electrician, taught Coal Analysis at Pikeville College 3 years, served as past President of the Pikeville Jaycees, past President at Chloe Elementary PTA twice and was a member of the Boldman Free Will Baptist Church.

Eddie was born at Amba, Kentucky in Floyd County on July 15, 1940 a son of the late Carl Prichard Elkins and Sarah Margarett King Elkins.
