Rosa Lee Blair age 84, died Monday May 23, 2022. She was born April 30, 1938 to the late James Thomas and Elsie Mae Jones Spradlin. Rosa was a member of the Beechwall United Baptist Church. On June 1, 1959 in Paintsville, KY she married Lowell Blair who precedes her in death.

Visitation will be held Wednesday from 5 P.M. to 8 P.M. and Thursday from 12 P.M. to 8 P.M. at the Preston Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held 11 A.M. Friday at the Preston Funeral Home Chapel with Danny Williams and Sammy Reed officiating. Burial will follow in the Blair Cemetery at Staffordsville, KY.
