Kathy Ann Patrick 67, of Oakley Creek Road, Salyersville, Ky was called home to be with Jesus, Friday, June 3rd, 2022.

Kathy was born September 15, 1954 to the late Richard and Vivian Ruth Terrell Jackson.

Per Kathy’s request, there will be no visitation or funeral services. Her final resting place will be the Mullins-Patrick cemetery on Half Mountain.
