After an accident while cliff jumping at Paintsville Lake, a Johnson County man has died.

Kyle Webb, 23, of Thelma, was found dead at the lake on Sunday, according to Johnson County Coroner J.R. Frisby.

Webb was reportedly cliff jumping into the lake when the accident occurred on Sunday afternoon. His body was discovered shortly before 9 p.m. on Sunday night.

The cause of death is still being investigated at this time. The body of Webb has been transported to Frankfort for an autopsy.
