Clarence Clemit Hampton age 92 of Jonancy, Kentucky passed away Friday, June 10, 2022 at his home.

He was a lifelong skilled construction carpenter. He was a member of the Bethel Free Will Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon. He was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the United States Army.

He was born at Hartley, Kentucky on July 15, 1929 a son of Clarence Prentis Hampton and June Burke Hampton.

Visitation will be after 6:00 p.m. Saturday, June 11, 2022 in the J.W. Call Funeral Home Chapel and after 9:00 a.m. Sunday, June 12, 2022 in the J.W. Call Funeral Home Chapel with evening services Sunday evening at 7:00 p.m.
He will be moved to the Bethel Free Will Baptist Church at Elwood, 12:00 Noon, Monday, June 13, 2022.
Funeral Services will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, June 13, 2022 at the Bethel Free Will Baptist Church at Elwood, Kentucky with Bethel Free Will Baptist Ministers officiating. Burial will follow in Johnson Memorial Park at Pikeville, Kentucky. Military Rites will be conducted at the gravesite by Johns Creek DAV Chapter 166.
