Whitley County Sheriff’s Office is asking for assistance in locating a missing man.

A Golden Alert has been issued for 75 year old, Darrell Carter.

It is said that Carter walked into the woods off Gail Hart Road in the Rockholds area while looking for snake weed.

Carter does have a history of Dementia.

He was last seen wearing a red checkered shirt, blue jeans and brown boots.
