Mary Evelyn Dye, age 78, passed away Saturday, June 11, 2022 at the Pikeville Nursing and Rehab Center.  Mary was born on March 15, 1944 to her parents the late Samuel Maynard and Cora J. Maynard.  She was the wife of the late John Wayne Dye, retired employee for News Express for over 32 years, and she also served her country honorably in the U.S. States Marines.

Visitation will be Tuesday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home.  The funeral will be Tuesday June 14, 2022 at 7p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with D.A.V. services at the beginning of the service.
