Susan Ann Bowen of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on June 9, 2022 at the age of 53. She was born in Galion, OH to her parents Delmar and Gloria Hammond on April 30, 1969.

Susan was a dedicated, loyal, and loving mother to her children and grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
