Ronald Eugene Howard age 73 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Sunday, June 12, 2022 at the West Liberty Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in West Liberty, Kentucky.  He was born December 21, 1948 at Flat Fork, Kentucky to the late Dola Howard and Dorothy Preston Howard, who survives.

A Celebration of Life will take place Wednesday, June 15, 2022 from 5:00 P.M. till 8:00 P.M. at the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
