Frances Wheeler Carter, 91, of Rush, KY went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 25, 2022 at Kings Daughters Medical Center. Frances was born January 29, 1931 in Lawrence County, KY to the late Mont and Stella (Justice) Wheeler. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Gorman Dee Carter and her siblings Ithel Austin, Ina Dunbar, Eugene Wheeler, and Rhoda Emma Yates.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at 2:00 PM at the Young Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Robert Kelley officiating. Burial will follow Yatesville Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit the family on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 from 12:00 PM until time of service at the Young Funeral Home Chapel.
