Jeffery Paul Chaffins, 56 of Mouthcard, Ky. was born on Feb. 4, 1966 in Grundy, Va. and passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2022 at home. He was the son of Ballard and Sylvia Pauline Blankenship Chaffins. Jeffery was a moderator at the Stateline Pentecostal Church of God and a coal miner.

Visitation will be after 6:00 PM on Monday, July 04 and Tuesday, July 05, 2022 at the Stateline Pentecostal Church of God at Mouthcard and the funeral service will be on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at 2:00PM from the church with Jessie Taylor and others officiating. Burial will follow in the Chaffins Cemetery on Big Hackney Creek, Ky.
