A man out of Pike County is now facing a felony charge after he allegedly crashed into three vehicles before leaving the scene.
Officers were called to Myers Towers at around 2:30 AM on Tuesday over reports of a hit-and-run. Upon their arrival, police noticed the damage done to the three vehicles. They also noticed the driver had left the scene.
Next door at Ridgecliff Apartments, officers found a blue Chevy Cruze that had front-end damage. The owner, 43-year-old David Graves, was located inside of his apartment. Graves admitted to hitting the vehicles in the parking lot and said he had intended to call police when it happened.
Graves was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor charge of leaving the scene of an accident and a felony charge of first-degree criminal mischief.
