Joan Carol Pratt, age 61 of Staffordsville, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, July 16th, 2022, at her residence.

Joan was born on August 4th, 1960, in Paintsville, Kentucky to the late Jim Pratt and Maxine Arnett Pratt. In addition to her parents, Joan is preceded in death by her life partner, Rocky Blevins and great niece, Amy Alexis Kelly Castle.

Funeral services will be held 12:00pm Tuesday, July 19, 2022 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville. Friends may visit the Phelps & Son Funeral Home from 5:00pm to 9:00pm Monday and until the time of service on Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that contributions be made to the Phelps & Son Funeral Home, In Memory of Joan. Arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
