Molly Stepp Hinkle 94, of Inez, KY went home to be with her savior on Friday, July 15, 2022 at her home. She was born in Martin County on February 7, 1928 to the late Freddie and Dicey Muncy Stepp. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Bill Hinkle in 2009; sisters, Ellen Davis, Gladys Stepp, Alice Davis, Nancy Jewell and Tina Dicher and brothers, Theodore Stepp, Bill Stepp, Milton Stepp and Jasper Stepp.

Ma Molly enjoyed writing and singing songs and playing her guitar. She also loved her dogs, especially Little Joe. She loved quoting the Bible; which she read faithfully. She was of the Holy Ghost faith. She also loved horses, which she rode a lot when she was young. She had a passion for helping people in need, she liked to give them clothes and food. No one came to her home and left hungry or without a coat, shirt, pants or shoes or just whatever she thought they could use. She enjoyed driving, which she did up until 3 weeks ago.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00pm on Monday, July 18, 2022 at the Little Calf Creek Church in Inez, KY with Theodore Dalton officiating. Burial will follow at the Hinkle Cemetery. Friends may visit at the Callaham Funeral Home in Inez on Saturday and Sunday from 6:00-9:00pm. Arrangements are under the direction of the Callaham Funeral Home, Inez, KY.
