Paul B. Collinsworth age 67 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Monday, July 18, 2022 at the Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, West Virginia. He was born August 05, 1954 in Salyersville, Kentucky, to the late Lacy and Lizzie Powers Collinsworth.

Paul B. was a faithful member of the First Community Baptist Church, a thirty-five-year retiree from the Continental Conveyor, a lifelong farmer, fox hunter, and notorious prankster. He enjoyed life to the fullest and will be sadly missed by his family and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Friday, July 22, 2022 from the First Community Baptist Church with Lindsey Meade officiating. Burial will follow in the Green Adams Cemetery at Rockhouse, Kentucky. Friends may visit the church Wednesday, July 20, 2022 after 6:00 P.M., all day Thursday, July 21, 2022, and any time prior till funeral services.
