Hazard, KY.
He was born at Litt Carr, KY on September 22, 1941 to Noah Hall and Juanita Newsom Hall.
He was a past Master of Hindman Masonic Lodge #689.

Funeral services for Elam Ray Hall will be held at Hindman Funeral Services Chapel Thursday, July 28, 2022, at
11:00AM with L.D. Mosley, Gary Mosley and Curtie Hall officiating. Burial will follow at Mountain Memory Gardens at
Hindman, KY. Visitation will be held at the Chapel, Tuesday evening from 6PM to 10PM with Masonic Services at
7PM and Wednesday evening from 6PM to 10PM with Additional services at 7PM.
