The man charged in the killing of three Floyd County police officers will have to wait before he can enter a plea.

49-year-old Lance Storz was scheduled for arraignment on Monday afternoon. Water issues at the Floyd County Justice Center closed the building, forcing the hearing to be postponed until further notice.

Storz is charged with murder, attempted murder, assault and wanton endangerment following a standoff with law enforcement on June 30th, in Allen.
