Man Reaches Plea Deal In Federal Drug Case

A man out of southwestern Virginia has signed a plea agreement, admitting to federal drug charges.

 

37-year-old Richard McKinney has been charged with conspiracy and possession with the intent to distribute meth and suboxone.

 

McKinney received those charges on Wednesday along with singing a plea agreement, admitting to his guilt.

 

A hearing has been set for August 30th to formalize the plea.
