A man out of Knott County is expected to enter into a guilty plea this coming Monday in a federal drug and gun case.

45-year-old Tony Minor, of Pippa Passes, is charged with possession with the intent to deliver meth and fentanyl, possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking offense, and felon in possession of a firearm.

The man claims to have reached a plea deal with prosecutors, requesting a hearing in order to change his plea. There have been no indications as to the terms of that agreement.

Minor’s arraignment hearing is scheduled for Monday, August 8th.
