
The man who currently stands accused of killing three Floyd County Police Officers and one Police Dog during an armed shootout that occurred on June 30th, was arraigned in Floyd Circuit Court on Monday.
49-year-old Lance Storz has been charged with multiple counts of murder, attempted murder, assault, and wanton endangerment.
Storz entered into a not-guilty plea for the charges.
A trial date is pending, and Storz is currently scheduled to be back in court on February 16th for a pretrial conference.
