Elder Kenny Pelphrey, age 71 of Oil Springs, Kentucky passed away Saturday, August 13, 2022 at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky.

Born August 13, 1951 in Johnson County, he was the son of the late Brooks and Swannie Lemaster Pelphrey.

Funeral services will be held 11:00am Thursday, August 18, 2022 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Pelphrey Cemetery, Staffordsville.
