Man Arrested On Child Sexual Abuse Charges

An Update from the Kentucky State Police:

The KSP Electronic Crime Branch arrested Glenn C. Riddle, 40, on charges related to child sexual abuse material.

 

Mr. Riddle was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation. The KSP Electronic Crime Branch began the investigation after discovering the suspect sharing images of child sexual exploitation online.

 

The investigation resulted in a search warrant at a residence in Madisonville on August 22, 2022. Equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized and taken to KSP’s forensic laboratory for examination. The investigation is ongoing.

 

Mr. Riddle is currently charged with eleven counts of distribution of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance under 12 years of age (Class-C felonies punishable by five to ten years in prison) and one count of distribution of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance (Class-D felony punishable by one to five years in prison). Mr. Riddle was lodged in the Hopkins County Detention Center. The KSP Electronic Crime Branch was assisted by the Indiana State Police.
