One Pike County man is now facing a three-year prison sentence on child porn charges.

 

20-year-old Zachary Conn, of Pikeville, pleaded guilty in June of this year to five-counts of distributing and 23 counts of possessing child pornography.

 

He was initially arrested in January of 2021 after the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch discovered he had been possessing and uploading child porn from his home on Elisha Fork.

 

Conn was taken into custody following his sentencing on Friday. He is currently being held in the Pike County Detention Center.
