Kenneth “Kenny” Pelfrey, age 63 of Van Lear, Kentucky passed away Saturday, August 27, 2022 at Highlands ARH in Prestonsburg, Kentucky.

Born April 16, 1959, he was the son of the late Kendall Pelfrey and Wanda Ison Pelfrey.

Funeral services will be held 1:00pm Tuesday, August 30, 2022 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow win the Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville. Friends may visit the Phelps & Son Funeral Home from 1:00pm to 9:00pm Monday and until the time of service on Tuesday. Arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
