Now, an update from the Hazard Police Department:

On September 1st at approximately 12:45 PM the Hazard Police Department was notified by Kentucky River Regional Jail that Tommy Kuhl, of Hazard KY, absconded from KRRJ work release program while weed-eating the cemetery located directly in front of Christopher Church of God. 

Please be advised this individual is possibly armed and dangerous.
