Robert R. Allen, age 83 of Prestonsburg, KY, husband of Sarah B. “Sally” Allen, passed away Friday, September 9, 2022 at his residence. He was born January 19, 1939 in Martin, KY a son of the late John and Alice Reynolds Allen.

Funeral service will be conducted Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church, Prestonsburg, KY with Seth Carter officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Monday at the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, KY and from 11:00 a.m. until time of service Tuesday at the church.
