Robert Alex Gayheart, 54, passed away Friday, September 9, 2022, peacefully at his home surrounded by his family. Robert was born on January 21, 1968, in Hazard, Kentucky to the late Bill and Wilma Alder Gayheart. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Billy Gayheart, Jr.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at the Redeeming Grace Church of God, 3313 Lexington Road Winchester, KY 40391 by Pastor David Douglas, Brother Billy Keller, and Bishop Ricco Floyd.

Visitation will be on Wednesday 11:00 AM, until time of the service.

Additional services will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, at Happy Freewill Baptist Church in Happy, Kentucky with burial to follow in the Little Jink Ritchie Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Chase Hatton, Ronnie Hughes, Wade Gayheart, Allen Gayheart, James Conway, Tom Hall, Brian Vance, Scott McKenzie and Jason Williams. Honorary pallbearers are Henry Branham, Jeff Walson, Ron Tearny, John Goble, Danny Harris, Frank Walls, Pastor David Douglas, Jordan Hoffman, and Joey Hatton.
