Samantha Lea Cooley, age 44 of Banner, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at Highlands ARH Regional Medical Center, Prestonsburg, Kentucky. She was born February 20, 1978 in Pikeville, Kentucky to Teresa Spears Cooley and the late George Cooley.

Visitation will begin Monday, September 26, 2022 at 3pm at the funeral home

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at 1pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Barry Clark officiating

Burial will follow at Mulkey Cemetery, Banner, Kentucky
