Kentucky State Police is asking for the public’s help in locating a man by the name of Caleb Kyle Smith.

Smith is wanted for the use and distribution of matter of a minor in a sexual performance.

He is 19 years old, stands at 5 feet 8 inches tall and has blue eyes.

Anyone with any information on his location is encouraged to call Kentucky State Police Post 14 in Ashland at 606-928-6421.
