Tilson Collins, age 87 of Paintsville, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, October 8, 2022 at Hazard ARH in Hazard, Kentucky. Born April 1, 1935 in Johnson County, Kentucky to the late Sanford Collins and Minnie Qualls Collins.

Funeral services will be held 2:00pm Wednesday, October 12, 2022 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow at the Hall Cemetery in Paintsville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Phelps & Son Funeral Home from 4:00pm to 8:00pm Tuesday and anytime prior to the service on Wednesday. Zach Collins and Phil Everson will officiate.

     Arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
