Victor Eugene “Gene” Tackett, age 90, of Canal Winchester, OH passed away October 7, 2022. He was born April 23, 1932 in Weeksbury, KY to the late Leland Victor and Effie Tackett. Victor proudly served in the United States Army during the Korean War.

Family and friends may visit 5-8:00pm on Wednesday, October 12, at Joppa Church, Melvin, KY 41650. A funeral service will be held at noon on Thursday, October 13, at Joppa Church. Family and friends may visit 11-1:00pm on Friday, October 14, at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 650 W. Waterloo St. Canal Winchester, OH 43110 with a funeral service to follow at 1:00pm.
