on October 31, the Knott County Office of Circuit Court Clerk will reopen, after closing in July due to flooding.

Due to ongoing repairs, circuit and district court proceedings will be conducted remotely.

Officials with the Administrative Office of the Courts in Frankfort say, if all parties agree, proceedings may be conducted in-person in another county.
