Tennessee Montana Williams, age 76 of Flat Gap, Kentucky passed away Saturday, October 15, 2022 at the Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Kentucky. Born April 3, 1946 in Johnson County, Kentucky to the late Scottie Williams and Tera Salyers Williams.

Funeral services will be held 3:00pm Tuesday, October 18, 2022 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Family Cemetery at Elna, Kentucky. Friends may visit at the Phelps & Son Funeral Home on Sunday from 5:00-9:00pm, Monday from 9:00am-9:00pm and on Tuesday after 9:00am until time of services at 3:00pm. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
