Former Kentucky Justice Cabinet Secretary Facing A Rape Charge

A former Kentucky Justice Cabinet Secretary is now facing a rape charge.

 

According to his arrest citation, John Tilley had sex with a woman without her consent at a hotel room in downtown Lexington, on April 15th of this year.

 

According to the documents, the woman was allegedly too intoxicated to give consent.

 

Tilley will be in court for his arraignment hearing on October 28th.
