Opal Connie Fitch – Mayabb, age 65 of Van Lear, Kentucky passed away Sunday, October 23, 2022. Born September 19, 1957 in Johnson County, she was the daughter of the late Elliot Culwell and Mary Lou McKenzie Culwell.

Funeral services will be held 3:00pm Wednesday, October 26, 2022 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Fitch Family Cemetery, Meally, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Phelps & Son Funeral Home from 1:00pm to 9:00pm Tuesday and anytime prior to the service on Wednesday. Floyd Neace and Tommy Meade will officiate. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that memorial contributions be made to the Phelps & Son Funeral Home, (606)789-8989.
