Eva Hale Chaffins, age 91 of David, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, October 24, 2022 in David, Kentucky. She was born July 13, 1931 in David, Kentucky to the late Willie & Julia Ann Nolan Hale. She was the wife of the late Marion Chaffins. She is survived by her Grandchildren: James Earl Chaffins, Samuel David Chaffins, April Dawn Chaffins; Great Grandchildren: Deniese Deon Chaffins, Ina Michelle Lawson, Jameson Jordon Clay Chaffins, Morgan Allyson Chaffins, Logan Chaffins & Brody Chaffins. Along with her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her Sons: Earl Edward Chaffins, Jimmy Ray Chaffins & David Carroll Chaffins; Grandchild: Stephania Lawson; Brothers & Sisters: Andy Hale, Rhoda Sweeny, Dovie Patrick, Imma Jean Hale,

Josephine Faulkner & Carrie Rodriguez. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.

Visitation will begin Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at 6pm at the funeral home

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, October 27, 2022 at 1pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky

Burial will follow at Willie Hale Cemetery, David, Kentucky
