Phyllis Ann Sparks, age 71 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, Kentucky. She was born April 2, 1951 in Floyd County, Kentucky to the late Abe & Mornie Brown Sparks.

Visitation will begin Friday, October 28, 2022 at 10am at the funeral home

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, October 29, 2022 at 11am at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with United Baptist Ministers officiating

Burial will follow at Sparks Hill Cemetery, Prestonsburg, Kentucky
