An Eastern Kentucky high school baseball coach has been indicted on charges by a grand jury, for allegedly showing underage members of his team a sex video.

Alex Hamilton, head coach for Breathitt County High School, is currently facing 12 counts. He faces six counts of distributing obscene matter to minors, two counts of video voyeurism, three counts of witness tampering and one count of tampering with physical evidence, according to court documents.

It’s reported that the incident happened back in May.

It’s currently unknown what the contents of the video were. However, the charge states Hamilton that used photos and recorded video of sexual conduct of another person without that person’s consent knowingly and unlawfully. The documents also claimed that he attempted to delete the evidence from his phone when authorities tried to obtain the evidence.

The indictment was returned to Hamilton by a grand jury Tuesday.
